Wasteland Leatherwork on a Helm War Chief
I've collaborated on projects with Noah Legel of Wasteland Leatherwork in the past, and have had several customers send him blades they've bought from me to get his distinctive and complimentary leather for them.
He sent me pictures of this 18" War Chief with black oxide finish and black TeroTuf that the owner had requested a sheath for. As always, beautiful work, Noah!

ReplyDeleteThat black oxide finish is sweet! I really dig the Madalorian armor wear look near the edge! I assume thats a custom item as it needs to be done before the tero-tuf is tube riveted on?
ReplyDeleteActually, the black oxide finish is what I'm using on all of the 'hawks. I just haven't been good about uploading pics of them as I finish up and ship them off. :)
DeleteIt actually is done with the handles already riveted on. The Durabake that I had been using actually had to be applied to the steel prior to adding the handle slabs.
